Q- What is the most common mistake you see people make with their skin and skincare regimen?

A-The most common mistake people make is that they don’t stick with their routine. Skincare and treatment is all about consistency. In most cases, skincare is about the long game. Any benefits are almost never immediate.

Q-How many steps do you have in your skincare routine?

A-I am a busy working mom of two. I try to keep things really simple so that I can actually do them daily. My routine, start to finish, is 3 to 5 minutes most days. The single most important step is applying sunscreen, every day, rain or shine. My other personal must-haves include a Vitamin C serum and moisturizer in the morning, and my retinoid at nighttime.

Daytime Product Spotlight:  Retrouvé Nutrient Face Serum

This formula includes THD ASCORBATE, a lipid-soluble derivative of Vitamin C that provides a more even skin tone and brighter-looking skin. We pair it with Niaminicide to help deliver daily glow.

Daytime Product Spotlight: Retrouvé Dynamic Nourishing Face Cream

This formula is beautifully moisturizing with a classic creamy texture for a velvety-soft complexion. It works well for use underneath makeup and is a favorite of many celebrity makeup artists.

Nighttime Product Spotlight: Retrouvé Balancing Face Oil

This nighttime oil is a fabulous retinoid alternative. It contains squalane and bakuchiol, which delivers similar results as retinols, but without the peeling and drying that’s associated with retinol use. Bakuchiol is an ideal youth-boosting ingredient if you have sensitive or dry skin. The formula also includes Coenzyme QlO for a reparative effect, and an antioxidant infusion of vitamins C and E to help brighten complexion.
