Charitable Contributions

Retrouvé co-founders Jami and Klaus
Heidegger have a long history and wide scope of charitable endeavors. During their leadership at Kiehl's, the brand was, to our knowledge, the first cosmetic company ever to create a product specifically to benefit a charity and also to donate 100% of the proceeds of the product's sale to a specific charity: Magic's Elixir benefitted The Magic Johnson Foundation; Hand Care for a Cure benefitted AmfAR. Based on the tradition of giving back to the community that they established at Kiehl’s and continue now with Retrouvé, the Heidegger family has lent support to myriad charities over the years.

We have been delighted to collaborate with a number of organizations close to our team’s heart wherein we earmarked a percentage – 5% to 10% - of sales for an entire month or longer to be donated to a particular charity, including:

Project Angel Food

STORIES: The AIDS Monument

Didi Hirsch Mental Health Center

First Responder’s Fund

Guests of our Every Skin Has a Story IG Live show receive a financial contribution made in their names to the charity of their choice. In honor of our esteemed guests’ appearances on the show, we have donated to the following:
