1. General Returns
1.1 Money Back Guarantee: Retrouvé provides a full refund/money back guarantee for all Retrouvé Product(s) purchased through this Website in accordance with the terms of this Return Policy and Money Back Guarantee. 

1.2 This Return Policy and Money Back Guarantee does not apply if you purchase Retrouvé Product(s) from any source other than our Website. We can provide a refund for Product(s) ordered via www.retrouve.com only, and we must have a record of your order in our system. We regret that we cannot offer refunds for  Product(s) purchased or received elsewhere, including authorized retailers or distributors, other websites, as gifts, or as promotional material. You should check the return policy for such sellers to determine your eligibility to return Product(s) through them.

1.3 If you want a refund for Product(s) purchased on this Website,  contact our client services specialists via email at concierge@retrouve.com. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your refund request, and a return label for your return at that time. You may wish to keep a copy of this (and any emails that you send to us) for your own records. Any such request must be made within three hundred sixty-six (366) days of the delivery of the Product(s).

1.4 Within fifteen (15) days of the date that Retrouvé receives the returned Product(s), you will receive a full refund of the price that you paid for the Product(s) and any applicable delivery charges for which you paid to us at the time of purchase on your original payment method.

1.5 Any Product(s) received in connection with a sweepstakes or promotion will be governed by the terms of the sweepstakes or promotion and not this Return Policy and Money Back Guarantee.
