Backed by science and enhanced by nature, Retrouvé leverages a trusted legacy of more than four generations of skincare knowledge and expertise to offer powerful ingredients in validated, multi-tasking formulations that deliver transformative improvements to skin condition and texture.

DECADES OF EXPERTISE

After the sale of Kiehl’s, Jami set out to develop skincare that surpassed anything she could find on the market. She wanted to make skincare for adults concerned with repairing and preserving their skin using only the most advanced and effective anti-aging ingredients. Decades of expertise had taught her that the key to optimizing the skin’s natural regenerative process is proper hydration and vital nourishment blended in a synergistic manner with science-backed delivery systems at clinically effective doses.

Four generations of leading skincare knowledge is a powerful tool. Jami used her extensive knowledge of ingredients and formulations, of knowing what works and what doesn’t, to deliver superlative improvement to skin condition and texture.

FROM PALMS OF MALIBU

We create our products in small batches and harvest ingredients directly from our sustainable permaculture family farm, Palms of Malibu. That’s where we get the avocado extract that we use in our Luminous Cleansing Elixir and Dermal Defense Hand Cream. And Klaus is currently cultivating more raw ingredients on our private orchards, affording us an unprecedented level of control over the quality of our produce.

ETHICALLY SOURCED INGREDIENTS

While we can grow a lot in southern California, we can’t grow it all. The rest of our ingredients come from trusted suppliers that adhere to the strictest standards of quality, efficacy, and sustainability.

Retrouvé is a balance of science and nature. We believe choosing the highest quality, most beneficial ingredients – whether that may be from a lab or from our farm – is the truest way to stronger, firmer, healthier skin.

To protect our efficacious formulations, Jami and the team innovated the trademarked Triple Airless Protection System (RTAPS313™); a technologically advanced, airless manufacturing process and delivery system that help prevent ingredients from degrading prematurely, remaining potent and stable for maximum efficacy.
