We have never tested on animals at Retrouvé.
Instead, we conduct testing in Retrouve’s cruelty-free labs and on our own skin and that of our family, friends, and co-workers!
Wherever possible, we source the highest grade of ingredients on the market worldwide from suppliers who have ethical and sustainable business practices and history of quality. (For example, we opt to utilize sugar-based vegan squalane instead of animal-derived squalane.)
Although we have always been very confident in the cruelty-free nature of our formulations and have never tested our products on animals, we recognize the value of having claims verified. As such, we are pleased to announce that we have received official cruelty-free certification by Leaping Bunny! Our products will soon feature the esteemed Leaping Bunny logo, which serves as a symbol of the most stringent non-animal testing standard to date and the approval of animal protection groups around the world, including the Coalition for Consumer Information on Cosmetics and the European Coalition to End Animal Experiments.
